All orders are shipped VIA FedEx Ground, USPS and freight company for over size items. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. You will see the estimated shipping cost during checkout. The order will be shipped to the address shown on the order. If customer notify changed of address after we shipped the order, customer will be changed for any address correction fee imposed by FedEx or USPS or Freight company. Note: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing the order to be ship out.
Note: Free Shipping only apply to shipment to US continental and additional shipping fee will be apply on oversize packaging if any. ($40 minimum purchased is required) All others shipping method will be subject to charged the actual postage on the order.
No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or P.O Box address. No local pick up and weekends delivery. Milkypets.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to invalid information or cause beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disaster or traffic control delay, strikes or other labor disputes, riots and Acts of God. If customer has multiple products or big-ticket item orders, the order may shipped by ground, or freight and freight rules will apply. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
Deliver by Freight
1. The consignee must be able and willing to assist or help the driver in removing the shipment from the truck.
2. The driver will NOT deliver inside without an additional charge and the driver will NOT go up stairs.
3. The customer MUST BE HOME for delivery (The trucking company will contact you to arrange an appointment once the product reach their terminal.) Re-delivery fee will be imposed if you forget your appointment with the trucking company.
4. Please take note that, customer MUST note the condition of the product(s) on the delivery receipt form when signing for it. Damaged claims which are not noted on the delivery receipt WILL NOT be accept by the trucking company. If you cannot inspect or check the product at the time of delivery, sign for it and attach the message 'Possible Concealed Damage'.

We do not accept returns on any product that has been used and returns must be received in the original packaging in new condition. All sales are FINAL. Clearance or discounted items are not refundable it sold “As Is”.
The original invoice must accompany any returns. For all returns due to any reason, you must email us within 7 days from the invoice date for authorization to return the product. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorized returns will be credited minus the initial shipping cost. While we will gladly correct any errors on our end, any merchandise returned due to an error on your part will be charged a 15% of the invoice amount for a restock fee and shipping it back to us will be at your cost.
If damage occurs during shipment, we will replace damaged and/or defective parts at no cost to you! DO NOT REFUSE the shipment or you will be charged for a standard return. Occasionally a picture may be requested to ensure the right part/s to ship. (Note - in some cases the parts may need to be ordered and will arrive on the next shipment from the manufactory).
Please note that orders are already shipped will be subject to our standard return policy.
Out of Stock Items
You will be notified if an item you purchased is out of stock. Back order if customer agreed to wait for the next shipment. Otherwise refund will be proceed.
